We are a family that have been long working in the Sushi restaurant industry. Sushi has always been our bread and butter, and we are looking to start a really, nice restaurant that will be with us for many more years to come.
Roy Ahn, the father, is the head chef. He has been managing and owning several restaurants across the DFW area since 2006. Several to name are Little Katana at Galleria Mall, Sushi Zen in Frisco and Southlake, and Sushi Zena in Hurst and Coppell.
