We are a family that have been long working in the Sushi restaurant industry. Sushi has always been our bread and butter, and we are looking to start a really, nice restaurant that will be with us for many more years to come.
Roy Ahn, the father, is the head chef. He has been managing and owning several restaurants across the DFW area since 2006. Several to name are Little Katana at Galleria Mall, Sushi Zen in Frisco and Southlake, and Sushi
Zena in Hurst and Coppell. He is now ready to tackle another challenge of starting a business in the competitive McKinney Avenue area. It has been his long-term goal to start his own high end handroll/omakase restaurant, and he
is eager for an opportunity.

Chris An, is the son. He is a recent SMU graduate with a degree in Economics. He will be in charge of the front of the house as well as marketing, promotions and bookkeeping.
